                  Cultivation itself means to prepare for such a purpose and as educators, we must be prepared for a purpose of developing good learners in the future not only in the aspect of  being intellectual but also in emotional quotient. Education in values simply describes

about the formation of our values in dealing with ourselves, other people and to our environment.Also,learning to what value we must adhere helps us to develope our good moral character that will lead us to become morally upright.

                 Moreover, in cultivation, we destroy weeds and promote growth by increasing soil aeration and water infiltration.In the same way, as we inculcate good value formation,we lessen and destroy negative attitude,beliefs and principles, and promote our affective level to become refined or better individual. In embracing to this, we will be welcome to more experiences of what is value and valuable. In the graphic organizer, it shows that a refined person is open to any possibilities that will lead to success.
